The Portuguese civilization ability is Casa da Índia, which restricts the destinations of their international Trade Route Trade Routes to only coastal cities and cities with a Harbor, but grants a 50% yield bonus to these Trade Route Trade Routes and gives their Traders increased range over water and the ability to embark as soon as they are unlocked. Their unique unit is the Nau (which replaces the Caravel), and their unique building is the Navigation School (which replaces the University).
